These wooden photo collages are hand cut in my home by using a trendy bold font (Varsity). They measure 9" tall. Your photos will be thoughtfully arranged to the letter(s) of your choice after they are enhanced, resized, color changed and hand cut. These distinctive letters are a unique piece to transform your space into a home by replacing the conventional photo frame. So how does it work? Through the grace of technology, you can get photos your friends and loved ones from mostly any public social media platform including facebook, instagram or any online website. At the time of purchase send me your email address in the note to seller section along with the letter of choice, the color you would like the photos to be in (sepia, color, black and white) and I will send you an initiation to dropbox; an online file sharing program that will allow you to share a bulk load of photos with me at once. I can also send you a tutorial on how to use dropbox. It is that simple! If you feel you aren’t that tech savvy, no fear! You can also send me your photos via email: BBCC(@) neo.rr.com. Your photos will be resized, cropped and hand cut on the letter of your choice. I will also enhance your photo whenever possible, but please note that I am not a magician; I cannot do much with distressed, old blurry and pixilated photos. Those photos typically look best if they are in black and white. If you are ordering black and white, I will transform your color photos into black and white. Color photos are also an option. Each photo is resized and cropped and is *hand cut.*

You can clean your items by wiping them down by using a very small amount of water on a soft cloth to wipe if needed.
It is advised not to lay items on top of each other.
As for any photo, keep your items away from sunlight and moisture.

How do I send you my photos?
You may send your photos to BBCC@neo.rr.com or I can send you a dropbox link by using your email address provided at checkout or you may send me your email address in the note to seller section at checkout.
You may choose to send your photos in any online platform as well including Photobucket, Google Drive, Amazon Cloud, Whatsup app on Iphone, Facebook message. ~ I'm pretty flexible. Just let me know which way you will be sending your photos in the note to seller section at checkout and when you expect to send them so I know when I can begin.
Your photos
Photos - Please understand that your photo amount is an estimate! When I say a project will take a certain amount of photos, it is a good estimate. Everyone has different photos and different photo sizes. Some customers have all horizontal (portrait) photos, vertical (landscape) photos, panorama, square or a mix of all; so I am guessing how many photos I think you I will need. Please either label your photos from 1-20 (example) (most important to least important) or do not send photos that you do not wish to use on the project. If I need more photos I will ask for more but I may not use them all. Please note that certain photos (for example landscape or portrait photos) fit better in certain places.
Do you rush orders?
Yes! If you need an item sooner then the estimated turn around time provided (with the shipping information), it is appreciated if you purchase a rush order listing as well as the listing item. My rush order fee's vary by the amount of effort an item takes to make so please choose the correct rush fee per item in the drop down menu of this listing:

Before you place your order
Please please please make sure that your delivery address is correct. I am not responsible for packages that are not delivered on time or lost in the mail because you failed to make sure that your shipping address was correct at the time of purchase. You are responsible to make sure your address is correct, I am not. Just like any other online platform that you place an order through, you must make sure your address is correct. If your item is returned to me I will re-ship the item, but you will be re-billed for the shipping charges to re-ship the item back to the corrected address. You will not be refunded on custom or personalized orders if they are returned to back to me.

DUE DATES
All due dates must be approved by me. Please do not add a due date to your notes unless I have approved and agreed to the dead line.
PROOFS and PREVIEWS
I do not send proofs that is why I ask for all information, requests, and instructions up front in limited Etsy convos. Your photos are to be put in order of preference and if they aren't please note that some may be eliminated.
Proofs slow down the process by at least 2-3 days and are not necessary.
I have sold thousands of items and customers have trusted my artistry skills to do it right the first time.
A PREVIEW can be sent upon request, however when a preview is sent, no changes can made, as your item is already being shipped.
DIRECTION, INSTRUCTIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE
ALL CORRESPONDENCE, INSTRUCTIONS OR DIRECTION MUST BE MADE IN ETSY CONVO’S/MESSAGES NOT EMAIL! DO NOT LEAVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS OR DIRECTIONS IN EMAIL. I will not honor any instructions via email, ONLY PHOTOS ARE TO BE SENT via EMAIL. I get too many emails a day and I do not have time to search several different places to make sure I get all your notes or instructions.
