SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
Thanks to the technology of today, you can get photos of your friends from any online platform where they share their photo, for instance; Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat. Please follow these steps at checkout:
1. Select the size frame you would like in the dropdown menu and the color you would like your photos to be in and the quantity you would like, click add to cart and follow payment instructions.
2. In the note to seller section, please leave the following information; your email address so I can send you a link to dropbox (an online file sharing platform that will allow us to share a bulk load of photos at once)
3. In the note to seller section please include any information that would be important for me to know when creating your frame, such as;
a. The quote or message you would like to use!
b. the date you need the frame by
c. “I will be emailing the photos to you at BBCC [!at] neo.rr.com.”
d. or “it’s a gift for such and such”
e. or “please make sure you include the photos ……..” or exclude the photos if you have too many.
f. “please do not include an invoice with the shipment because it is going to be a gift”
g. any information or instructions that you feel will be helpful in creating your frame.
I can also send you a tutorial on how to use dropbox. It is that simple! If you feel you aren't that tech savvy, no fear! You can also send your photos to me via email: BBCC(@)neo.rr.com. You may also attach your images (3 at a time) in a convo or message via the Etsy convo system.
*Your photos will be hand cut, resized, cropped and arranged on the frame. I will also enhance your photos whenever possible, but please note that I am not a magician; I cannot do much with photos that are so old that they are pixilated or blurry or distressed. Old, blurry and pixilated photos look best if they are in black and white. Please note that the photo you are using will look no different on the frame than it does on your devise, so please choose your photos wisely, I am not responsible for the photos you choose. If you are ordering black and white or sepia, I will transform your color photos into black and white. Color photos are also an option but I cannot transform you black and white photos into color. If you choose color and have a few black and white photos, the photo color will be enhanced but I cannot change them to color. Each photo is resized, re-cropped and is *hand cut.*
Just a couple of reminders as stated in my polices;
Photos - Please understand that your photo amount is an estimate! When I say a project will take a certain amount of photos, it is a good estimate. Everyone has different photos and different photo sizes. Some customers have all horizontal (portrait) photos, vertical (landscape) photos, panorama, square or a mix of all; so I am guessing how many photos I think you I will need. Please either label your photos from 1-20 (example) (most important to least important) or do not send photos that you do not wish to use on the project. If I need more photos I will ask for more. Please note that certain photos (for example landscape or portrait photos) fit better in certain places, so if you are requesting that you would like certain photos in a certain place, please keep in mind that the photo you are requesting in a certain place may not fit, and your photos may be cropped to fit or altered or another photo will be placed in that area because I felt the photo could not be altered. If you would like your photos to be arranged in a certain order please specify, but if you don’t specify photos will be arranged randomly. Please also note, I may start your order as soon as you send the photos, so if you make changes after sending me your photos please contact me asap through the esty convos. I cannot do much with photos that are pixilated, blurry or distressed. Most times the photos you send will look no different than what they look like on your devise except for your color choice so please choose your photos wisely; I am not responsible for the photos you choose.
Shop credits will be issued in all instances where photos have not been received after 30 days as well as instances where seller has not received a response to communications made by seller via Etsy convo or email.
My turn around time does not begin until you send me your photos. The day you send me your photos is day one just as if you purchased it on that day, so please be advised if you take your time getting me your photos my turn around time does not begin until all photos are submitted.
The very best way to get a hold of me is through the Etsy Convo system, not email. I do not check my email unless I am expecting one. Please know that I get at least 100 convo’s a day and even more emails. It is also best that you keep all your information regarding your order in limited Etsy convos so the information can be easily located.

PROOFS and PREVIEWS
I do not send proofs that is why I ask for all information, requests, and instructions up front in limited Etsy convos. Your photos are to be put in order of preference and if they aren't please note that some may be eliminated.
Proofs slow down the process by at least 2-3 days and are not necessary.
I have sold thousands of items and customers have trusted my artistry skills to do it right the first time.
A PREVIEW can be sent upon request, however when a preview is sent, no changes can made, as your item is already being shipped.
ALL CORRESPONDENCE, INSTRUCTIONS OR DIRECTION MUST BE MADE IN ETSY CONVO’S/MESSAGES NOT EMAIL! DO NOT LEAVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS OR DIRECTIONS IN EMAIL. I will not honor any instructions via email, ONLY PHOTOS ARE TO BE SENT via EMAIL.
